5. Our Contract<\/h3>

No contract exists between you and SS for the sale of any products until SS has received and\u00a0accepted your order and has received payment in full (in cleared funds). Once SS does so, there is a\u00a0<\/span>binding legal contract between us.<\/span><\/p>

When you place an order to purchase a product from SS, we will send you an acknowledgement of\u00a0you order via email, which will contain the details of your order.\u00a0
<\/span>Acceptance of your order will not take place until after your payment is taken and you receive your\u00a0<\/span>acknowledgement of order email. It is at this point that a binding legal contract is created and any\u00a0<\/span>such contract is subject to these terms and conditions.<\/span><\/p>

Payment for the products and delivery charges can be made by any method shown on our website at\u00a0the time you place your order. Payment for the products and delivery charges is taken at the time we\u00a0<\/span>receive your order, once we have checked your card details and stock availability. Goods are subject\u00a0<\/span>to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods we will inform you of this as soon\u00a0<\/span>as possible and a full refund will be issued.<\/span><\/p>

All orders are processed in GBP (Great British Pounds) and refunds will be made in GBP. SensualSpa\u00a0Institute of Beauty cannot be held responsible for any exchange rate charges on foreign orders at the\u00a0<\/span>point of processing a refund. This is the responsibility of your bank or credit card processing\u00a0<\/span>company.<\/span><\/p>

SS reserve the right to refuse to supply to individuals whose credentials cannot be verified, We will\u00a0use discretion in these matters and will not authorise payment or supply unless we are completely\u00a0<\/span>satisfied that the order is legitimate.<\/span><\/p>

The completion of sale is subject to the customer agreeing to use the product in accordance with\u00a0manufacturer’s guidelines and recommendations. SS accept no responsibility for products other than\u00a0<\/span>supply and delivery to the customer.\u00a0<\/span>All products should be patch tested before complete use to determine suitability. It is then the\u00a0<\/span>customer\u2019s responsibility to determine whether a product is suitable for use on their skin. Whilst\u00a0<\/span>advice may be given via telephone or email, SS cannot be held responsible if a product reacts with\u00a0<\/span>your skin. In the instance that a reaction occurs, a reaction form must be completed (from SS and on\u00a0<\/span>some occasions the manufacturer), fully and accurately. This will then be sent on to the product\u00a0<\/span>manufacturer and the outcome is at the manufacturers discretion.<\/span><\/p>

6. Product Descriptions, Pricing of Products and Promotions<\/h3>

The description and price of the products listed on our website will be up to date at the time you\u00a0place your order. Product descriptions and prices may change without notice. The prices displayed on\u00a0<\/span>our website are the same regardless of the delivery country.<\/span><\/p>

For deliveries to the United Kingdom & EU, the price includes VAT. For deliveries to countries outside\u00a0the EU (including the Channel Islands & Canary Islands), the total price remains the same, however\u00a0<\/span>VAT is not charged on these orders. Customers are therefore not entitled to any VAT refunds.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Product prices are the same whether purchasing in clinic or through the Internet on our online store.\u00a0Product descriptions on the SS website are provided by the manufacturers \/ distributors, but please\u00a0<\/span>remember the descriptions relate to individual products and results and reactions on the skin will\u00a0<\/span>vary widely depending on other products they are used in conjunction with.\u00a0<\/span>Please also bear in mind any medications including prescription creams, tablets, hormonal body\u00a0<\/span>changes and clinic \/ beauty facials can also affect the results and reactions. It is the customer\u2019s\u00a0<\/span>responsibility to patch test any product prior to use, check compatibility of any purchased products\u00a0<\/span>with other material facts that can affect results described and SS cannot take responsibility for any\u00a0<\/span>adverse reactions.<\/span><\/p>

The majority of products are in stock, however if due to stock shortage it appears to us that we are\u00a0unlikely to be able to deliver the products within 5 working days of receipt of your order then we will\u00a0<\/span>either contact you within the said 5 working day period to agree a revised date for anticipated\u00a0<\/span>delivery of the products or re-credit any sum\/s that have been paid by you or debited from your\u00a0<\/span>credit card for the products concerned. A confirmation email shall be sent confirming this refund.<\/span><\/p>

Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on our website are accurate at the time you place\u00a0your order. If an error is found, SS will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of\u00a0<\/span>reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling your order. If SS does not receive an order\u00a0<\/span>confirmation within 14 days of informing you of the error, the order will be cancelled automatically.<\/span><\/p>

If you cancel the order, or if the order is cancelled automatically due to the expiry of the 14-day\u00a0period, SS will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your\u00a0<\/span>credit\/debit card for the products.<\/span><\/p>

Free samples received with your order may vary in brand and quantity depending on current\u00a0availability.<\/span><\/p>

Promotion codes for a free gift cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount\u00a0code, or on orders placed over the phone, only on orders placed online (unless stated otherwise). A\u00a0<\/span>free gift cannot be applied to any orders that do not enter the relevant code at checkout or on orders\u00a0<\/span>that were placed before the promotion started. Our free gift promotions are available on a basis of 1\u00a0<\/span>free gift per customer, whilst said promotion is running. Any promotions where the gift is\u00a0<\/span>automatically added to your basket, are only available on a basis of 1 per customer \/ household.<\/span><\/p>

Any customers deemed to be placing multiple orders in an attempt to receive more than 1 free gift\u00a0will only be sent 1 gift in total.\u00a0<\/span>SS are not affiliated with or part of any coupon or cashback websites, nor ever will be. 8. International Orders – Customs Charges<\/h3>

SS cannot predict what these charges will be, therefore we recommend contacting your local\u00a0customs office for the latest charges before ordering. Customs policies and practices vary widely\u00a0<\/span>from country to country.<\/span><\/p>

SS cannot pay these charges on your behalf or refund any of these charges.\u00a0If as the customer, you do not agree to pay the customs duty, the parcel may be returned to SS and\u00a0<\/span>the value refunded will be less the customs duty or cost of return from the courier (if charged) and\u00a0<\/span>less the cost that SS paid to dispatch the parcel.<\/span><\/p>

Please note that when shipping goods from outside the United Kingdom, cross border shipments\u00a0may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
